WE’RE HIRING
Careers
WE HAVE CLOSED OUT HIRING FOR THE 2024 CYCLE. YOU ARE WELCOME TO SEND IN YOUR RESUME AND WE WILL KEEP IT ON FILE SHOULD AN OPPORTUNITY BECOME AVAILABLE
You ever wake up just itching to talk about all of the intricacies of sex and relationships? We sure do. At Avid Intimacy, connection and intimacy are at the core of everything we do. We believe in the power of community and the ability to heal through it, connecting with yourself and others to forge a strong support system. Those connections – yeah, the ones that give you the warm fuzzy feelings – are the heart of growth in our book. We’re proud to have created a space at our practice that facilitates such healing connections.
Curiosity, compassion, and creativity are not only tenets of our work, but also guiding forces in our lives. We’re so over the moon about these concepts that we consistently encourage our clients to do the same. Together, we share a vision of crafting healthier, more vulnerable and fulfilling intimate relationships. Boundless curiosity is our thing. Frequently up in your head asking a ton of “big picture” questions all the time? Fabulous, you’ll fit right in.
All are welcome here. We embrace clients and clinicians of all ethnicities, races, spiritual practices, religions, gender, sexual and romantic orientations, erotic expressions and practices. We are absolutely not neutral when it comes to social justice – we believe in human rights and equality. Our commitment to social justice is not only a priority in work, but also our personal lives.
While we’re on the topic of lives… We know you’ve got a whole lot of living going on beyond being a therapist, and we support that wholeheartedly. We’ve said an emphatic “hell no” to hustle culture, instead trading it for autonomy and flexibility to yield a healthy work-life balance. We’re big on togetherness as a team to collaborate, support, and learn from one another – something that happens on a daily basis within our practice – and we also celebrate individuality.
About Us
As trained relationship and sex therapists, we’ve dedicated our craft to helping people abandon rigidity to step into vulnerability, alignment, and radical self-love. We’re big on shedding the “shoulds” and scrapping the shame.
We’re a lot more than our fancy clinical titles, though. We’re storytellers, lovers of all things sensual, team players, and advocates of social justice. Sometimes, we’re even comedians. Truly, there’s a lot of joke-cracking around here…
We honor all identities, orientations, and belief systems that we’re fortunate to have in our lives and at our practice. Read more about our core values and team here.
