Shame, hopelessness, and fear are incredibly isolating feelings to experience. However, you don’t need to carry them alone. Together, we will parse through your thoughts, fears, hopes, and dreams, allowing you to find the strength to live courageously and love authentically.

Starting therapy can be an incredibly daunting process, and I am here to help you through it. I acknowledge the bravery and vulnerability it takes to step into this space, and being chosen as your therapist is a privilege that I do not take lightly. I became a therapist for a myriad of reasons, all coming from places of hurt, healing, love, and passion. I look around at our world and see a place full of joy, suffering, and everything in between. In my therapeutic practice, there is room for tears, laughter, and even silence. It is an honor to hold space for all of these feelings and moments with my clients.

As a trauma-informed relational therapist, I look at you and see a vast network of relationships and experiences. We will walk through your family history, your culture, and your experiences to gain a better insight on where you stand today and how you got here. We will embrace the past versions of yourself with gratitude, as they have carried you to this point in your life, all while welcoming new and future versions of you as they come to fruition.

I consider therapy to be a space of learning as well as one of growth. Together, we will ask difficult questions, confront harmful mindsets, all while embracing the complicated feelings that arise in the process. It is my hope to create a space where you can embrace every part of yourself with gratitude, understanding, and even humor.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Barnard College of Columbia University and a Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy from Adler University, where I also received my Certificate in Sex Therapy. I have conducted research on incorporating dance into both relational and sex therapy.
